Terms and Conditions for the Captain Tractor Prize Draw (10th May 2025)
1. Introduction This prize draw is organised by Conagri Ltd and is open to all mainland UK residents.
2. Eligibility:
Open to all residents of the mainland UK who are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to ask for ID before you participate in the draw.
Employees of Conagri Ltd are not eligible to enter the competition.
By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to be bound by these terms.
Delivery will be arranged following the 31st October 2025.3.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, entrants must buy a ticket from Conagri Ltd in person or via www.conagri.co.uk and follow the instructions provided.
As part of the entry, if you have your photo taken you are consenting to it being shared at the shows, on social media platforms, media and on our websites. Any under 18s who are in photos, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Any number of tickets per person is allowed.
Entries must be received before September 30th 2025.4.
4. The Prize
The prize consists of a pink or black 263 HST Captain tractor on your choice of tyres.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless you the winner have already purchased a Captain tractor from us.
The prize is subject to availability and the details are as described.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The decision of Conagri Ltd regarding the winner is final and binding.
6. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be required to provide proof of their identity and contact details.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Prize Fulfilment:
The winner must be available to attend Conagri Ltd, Burston Court, AMIA House, Burston Lane, Crediton EX17 6LB on Friday 31st October 2025 for the whole day. Reasonable travel expenses and accommodation are available for the winner.
8. General:
Conagri Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Conagri Ltd in relation to the prize draw.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
